Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan on medium-heat. When the oil is hot, add the egg mix in the pan.
Distribute the egg mixture evenly across the pan.
Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes on medium-heat until the edges are brown and the omelette can be lifted and turned easily.
Flip it over and cook on the other side. It needs to be well cooked.
Transfer the cooked omelette in a plate.
Sprinkle the omelette with lemon juice.
