- 1 large ripe banana, or 2 small ripe bananas ( 1 cup chopped)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (pure)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
Grind your oatmeal in the blender until it turns into a fine powder. Chop the banana. It should translate to 1 cup chopped.
