Dice the strawberries to match the size of the blueberries.
Pour the heavy whipping cream into a bowl and beat it with a whisk or an electric beater until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, whisk or beat the Greek yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract until the ingredients are well blended.
Spoon the whipped cream on the top of the Greek yogurt mix. Mix it well until all the ingredients are one consistency.
Add 5 cups of chopped strawberries and blueberries in the cream and mix it well. The other 1 cup will be used for garnish.
You can either divide the cream and fruit in 16 glasses/ cups and top them with the remaining fruit or leave it in the bowl and garnish the remaining 1 cup fruit on the cream.
