Method
- Rinse and wash the strawberries and remove the green tops. Cut into quarters. Rinse the raspberries and pat them dry with a paper towel and set aside in a bowl.
- In a bowl add in cream cheese, honey, Rooh Afza and mix well. Use a hand blender to blend the mix until smooth.
- Pop your bread in the toaster and toast to your desired level. Next, spread a generous layer of cream cheese/ Roof Aza mix on the toast. Top with strawberries and raspberries.
