Spinach Pineapple Strawberry Smoothie – Green smoothie is the perfect no-cook, healthy breakfast any day of the week. Flavorful and easy to make, it is a great way to get fruits and spinach into your day right off the bat! Dairy-free or NOT, a swift breakfast or snack the whole family will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup spinach, baby (or regular chopped)
  • 1 medium banana, ripe (chopped, 1 cup)
  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen (or fresh)
  • 1 and 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened (or milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks, frozen (or fresh)

Instructions
 

  • First, prep all of the smoothie ingredients: peel and cut the banana into slices.
  • Second, place all of the ingredients (spinach, banana, strawberries, almond milk, and pineapple) in a high-powered blender.
     
  • Finally, blend everything up until smooth. If you’d like a thinner smoothie, add in a bit more almond milk.
