Method
- Quickly rinse the mushrooms and dry them with a paper towel. I like to remove the bottom of the stem which is frequently dirty and sometimes a bit woody. Second, chop the mushrooms into 4 pieces.
- In a mixing bowl mix together olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, Soy sauce, garlic powder, red crushed pepper, and black pepper. Toss in the mushrooms and mix well.
- Air Fry - Air fry at 365°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking and stirring about halfway through. If you like it crispier up the temperature to 400 and air fry for another 2 minutes.
Notes
If doubling the recipe and cooking in multiple batches, the first batch will take longer to cook if Air Fryer is not already pre-heated. Recipe timing is written based on not preheating the Air Fryer.
