How do I make these Perfect Air Fryer Mushrooms Spicy – Soy Glazed Mushrooms?
Prep the mushrooms-
First, quickly rinse the mushrooms and dry them with a paper towel. I like to remove the bottom of the stem which is frequently dirty and sometimes a bit woody. Second, chop the mushrooms into 4 pieces.
Make the marinade –
Firstly, in a mixing bowl mix together olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, Soy sauce, garlic powder, red crushed pepper, and black pepper. Secondly, toss in the mushrooms and mix well.
Finally, air Fry – Air fry at 365°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking and stirring about halfway through. Additionally, if doubling the recipe and cooking in multiple batches, the first batch will take longer to cook if Air Fryer is not already pre-heated. Recipe timing is written based on not preheating the Air Fryer.
