There's nothing I love more than gooey, warm cheese. Moreover, Baked Brie with Honey - Dried Fruit Brie! Further, this simple one-dish appetizer features baked brie, plus pistachios, golden raisins, and honey.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Brie wheel
  • 2 tbsp Golden Raisins
  • 2 tbsp Pistachios (lightly salted)
  • 2 Tbsp Honey

Method
 

  1. Preheat an oven to 180°C (350°F). On a tray lined with baking paper, place the wheel of brie.
  2. Place into the preheated oven and bake for 10-20 minutes in the oven. 20 minutes should make the Brie very soft and runny in the center, while 10 minutes will make a softened but not super melty Brie. It should start to ooze but not melt. Once done, remove from the oven. 
  3. Finally top off with pistachios and golden raisins and top off with honey.
