Method
- Preheat an oven to 180°C (350°F). On a tray lined with baking paper, place the wheel of brie.
- Place into the preheated oven and bake for 10-20 minutes in the oven. 20 minutes should make the Brie very soft and runny in the center, while 10 minutes will make a softened but not super melty Brie. It should start to ooze but not melt. Once done, remove from the oven.
- Finally top off with pistachios and golden raisins and top off with honey.
