Further, this simple one-dish appetizer features baked brie, plus pistachios, golden raisins, and honey. This can be eaten on its own, spooned into toasted baguette slices, or even with classic, plain water crackers. All you need to do is add some nuts, and some honey for the perfect savory-sweet combination.

Brie wheel, slightly salted pistachios, shelled, golden raisins, and honey.
What is Brie cheese?
Brie (/briː/; French: [bʁi]) is a soft cow’s-milk cheese named after Brie, the French region from which it originated (roughly corresponding to the modern département of Seine-et-Marne). Where can I buy Brie cheese?
Brie can be purchased at any grocery store in the cheese aisle.
METHOD –
First, preheat an oven to 180°C (350°F). Second, on a tray lined with baking paper, place the wheel of brie. Third, place into the preheated oven and bake for 10-20 minutes in the oven. 20 minutes should make the Brie very soft and runny in the center, while 10 minutes will make a softened but not super melty Brie. It should start to ooze but not melt. Once done, remove from the oven.
Finally top off with pistachios and golden raisins and top off with honey.

- 8 oz Brie wheel
- 2 tbsp Golden Raisins
- 2 tbsp Pistachios (lightly salted)
- 2 Tbsp Honey
