Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats (rolled oats)
  • 1 large ripe banana, or 2 small ripe bananas ( 1 cup chopped)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract  (pure)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher salt

Method
 

  1. Grind your oatmeal in the blender until it turns into a fine powder. Chop the banana. It should translate to 1 cup chopped.
  2. Just add the rest of the ingredients in the blender and proceed with your smoothie making. Blend until well mixed and smooth.
