Method
- Rinse the papaya. Using a sharp knife trim the ends off the fruit. Cut the fruit in half. Further, using a spoon scrape away the seeds from each half. Furthermore, remove the skin using a vegetable peeler. Finally chop it to bite size pieces.
- Chop the banana.
- Place the ingredients in a blender and begin blending on low speed and increase to higher speed as the smoothie starts to blend together.
