Prep
- Crumble the paneer and set aside.
- Rinse and chop the onions finely and set aside. Rinse and chop the green chillies and set aside. Finally, mince the garlic.
Cook
- On medium heat in a wok add in oil.
- Add in onions and sauté for a few minutes until golden.
- Then add in green chillies and minced garlic. Stir well and sauté for a minute.
- Add in the paneer and stir well. Let it cook for a minute to 2. Furthermore, add in soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, and sugar. Cook and stir until sauce has deglazed the bottom of the pan. Finally, add the Thai basil and toss everything until all incorporated. Turn off the heat and serve warm.
