Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey (reduce if you like it less sweet)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 3/4 tsp beetroot powder (I used Cherie sweetheart from amazon)
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp golden raisins

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl add in plain Greek yogurt.
  2. Add in honey, water, beetroot powder, and  mix well.
  3. Rinse and add the blueberries to the yogurt and mix. Finally top off with golden raisins. Enjoy cold.
