Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana, ripe, medium (1 cup chopped)
  • 1/2 avocado, ripe (peeled and pitted)  (3/4 cup chopped)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 and 1/2 cups blueberries, frozen (or fresh)
  • 1 cup almond milk  (unsweetened)

Method
 

  1. Peel and cut the banana and avocado to mid-sized pieces.
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender.
  3. Finally, blend everything up until smooth. Also, if you’d like a thinner smoothie, add in a bit more almond milk.
