Method
- Mix the yogurt and the milk well in a bowl with a lid.
- Then add all the other ingredients and mix well.
- Cover it with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
- Enjoy it cold in the morning.
Notes
- You can use any dark chocolate. In this recipe I used simple organic truth 72% cacao dark chocolate chunks. In my Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats with Dark Chocolate recipe I used Ghirardelli 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate chips.
- You can make it vegan by replacing the 2% reduced fat milk to a non-dairy milk like soy milk or almond milk and eliminating the chocolate.
- You need to add chia seeds in this recipe. They tend to suck up liquid and make the consistency thick. If you want to eliminate chia seeds then reduce the amount of milk.
