Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 banana (cut into pieces)
  • 1/4 cup foxnuts (makhana, roasted)
  • 3 to 4 ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp sugar (or sweetner of choice)
  • 2 tsp instant coffee ( I used Nescafe)

  • 1 Blender

Method
 

  1. In a pan on low heat dry roast the foxnuts until crisp. Make sure not to brown them too much. It should take about 10- 12 minutes. Monitor them to make sure they don’t burn and stir them in between. Let them cool and grind them in a grinder.
  2. Second, place all of the ingredients (Instant coffee, almond milk, plain Greek yogurt, banana, sugar, foxnuts, and ice cubes.) in a high-powered blender and blend them.
  3. After blending the smoothie, transfer the smoothie in a large glass and enjoy.
