In a pan on low heat dry roast the foxnuts until crisp. Also, make sure not to brown them too much. It should take about 10- 12 minutes. However, monitor them to make sure they don’t burn and stir them in between. Moreover, let them cool and grind them in a grinder.
Dry roast the dried desiccated coconut in a pan on low-medium heat. Make sure to watch it and not brown it too much. Stir frequently, until the flakes are mostly golden brown.
Place all of the ingredients (Instant coffee, almond milk, plain Greek yogurt banana, sugar, foxnuts, and ice cubes) in a high-powered blender and blend them.
After blending the smoothie, transfer the smoothie in glasses and enjoy.
