Prep
- Rinse and peel the cucumber and chop it to 1/2 inch circles. Make sure the circles aren't thick.
- Rinse and chop the onion, cilantro, and tomato finely. I used cherry tomatoes.
- Place the plain yogurt in the bowl, and whisk it well until smooth. Further, in the yogurt add in the chopped onion, chopped tomato, garlic powder, sugar, chaat masala, salt, crushed red chili pepper, roasted/salted peanuts and chopped cilantro. Mix well.
- Finally, top off the cucumber with the Greek yogurt dip. Serve immediately.
