- In a deep wok, heat 2 tablespoon oil.
- Add in cumin seeds, whole dry red chillies, and asafoetida.
- Once the cumin seeds splutter add green peas and stir. Further, add in turmeric, 1 tsp salt, and water cover and cook for about 10 minutes or until the peas is cooked.
- Once the peas are cooked, add in ground coriander, Kashmiri chili powder, garam masala, and dry mango powder. Moreover, mix and stir well. Finally, switch off the flame. Enjoy with roti or rice.
