- Rinse and chop the onions, cilantro, green chillies.
- On medium heat in a deep wok add oil and cumin seeds. Once the seeds pop, add in onions, green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Let the onion cook until they are translucent, stirring intermittently.
- Add in frozen spinach, frozen corn, ground turmeric, salt, tomato puree, and 1/2 cup water, and stir well. Furthermore, cover and cook for 10 minutes until corn is cooked.
- Add in heavy whipping cream, dried kasuri methi, garam masala and cook for another minute uncovered. Finally top off with cilantro and turn off heat. Enjoy with roti or rice.
