You are going to love this Overnight Rose Oats - Rose Strawberry Chia Oatmeal!  We all know that oatmeal is one of the healthiest breakfasts. Bright and vibrant flavors and colors exist in this overnight oats' recipe. The sweetness of the rose syrup pairs very well with the strawberries and pistachios.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats  (I used Quaker oats)
  • 1 cup almond milk (I used silk) (you can use milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt , plain
  • 1 tbsp Rooh Afza
  • 1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds 
  • 1/4 cup strawberries (chopped finely)
  • 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup   (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 tbsp chopped unsalted pistachios
  • 1/2 tsp crushed dried rose petals (optional) (available in Indian grocery stores or amazon)

Method
 

  1. In a mason jar, add the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, Rooh Afza, Chia seeds, and maple syrup and then fold in the strawberries. Cover the container and allow the ingredients to sit in the refrigerator overnight for 5 to 8 hours before serving. Finally, finish the top with pistachios and dried rose petals.
