Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 large ripe banana, or 2 small bananas (1 cup chopped)
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage

Method
 

  1. Prep all of the smoothie ingredients: peel and cut the banana to mid-sized pieces. Rinse and finely chop the cabbage.
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender. Finally, blend everything up until smooth.
