What ingredients do I need to make Red Cabbage Blueberry Smoothie – Easy Breakfast Smoothie?
First – Liquids – I prefer to use non-dairy milk. For purposes of this smoothie, I have used almond milk. You can use cashew milk, soy milk, rice milk, coconut milk, or even regular milk.
Second – Red Cabbage – Red cabbage’s vibrant color adds a nice pop to the smoothie. And guess what the Kids cant even tell the taste.
Also, frozen Blueberry, plain yogurt and a ripe large banana. Moreover, if you are using a small banana, use two. When chopped it should equate to 1 cup chopped bananas.
How do I make this Red Cabbage Blueberry Smoothie – Easy Breakfast Smoothie?
Steps:
First, prep all of the smoothie ingredients: peel and cut the banana to mid-sized pieces. Rinse and finely chop the cabbage.

Second, place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender. Finally, blend everything up until smooth.
