- Place the frozen corn in the inner pot. Further add in 4 cups water to the inner pot. Close the lid on the instant pot and select manual/high pressure. Pressure cook the corn for 5 minutes. Quick release the pressure. Discard the water and place the pressure cooked corn back in the inner pot.
- Select sauté.
- Add mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella, sugar, crushed black pepper and crushed red pepper to the pressure cooked corn. Stir well until the cheese melts.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately as a side to chips.
Notes
I haven't added salt. You can add salt if you need it.
