The best corn you have every had. This Spicy Korean Corn – Instant Pot Korean Corn is delicious dip made with frozen corn, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella cheese, sugar, black pepper, and crushed red pepper. Moreover, It makes an awesome appetizer sure to satisfy any dip craving.

Korean corn is commonly served in Korean BBQ restaurants in the U.S. Made with only a few simple ingredients, you can have it from the pantry/refrigerator to the instant pot in minutes.
What ingredients do I need to make Spicy Korean Corn – Instant Pot Korean Corn?
Frozen sweet yellow corn, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella cheese, sugar, black pepper, and crushed red pepper.
Method –
When you are ready to cook, place the frozen corn in the inner pot. Further add in 4 cups water to the inner pot. Close the lid on the instant pot and select manual/high pressure. Pressure cook the corn for 5 minutes. Quick release the pressure. Discard the water and place the pressure cooked corn back in the inner pot.
Further select sauté. Furthermore add mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella, sugar, crushed black pepper and crushed red pepper to the pressure cooked corn. Stir well until the cheese melts.
Finally, transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately as a side to chips.
Also note that crushed pepper is totally optional. We eat spicy food so I have added it. You can eliminate or reduce it as per taste.

Ingredients
- 2 and 1/2 cups frozen yellow sweet corn (12 oz pack) (340 gms) (no need to thaw)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
- 1 and 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 tsp crushed red pepper (chili flakes), (you can increase or decrease as per taste)
- 4 cups water (to pressure cook the corn)
Instructions
- Place the frozen corn in the inner pot. Further add in 4 cups water to the inner pot. Close the lid on the instant pot and select manual/high pressure. Pressure cook the corn for 5 minutes. Quick release the pressure. Discard the water and place the pressure cooked corn back in the inner pot.
