Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp Blue spirulina (I used Lone Star botanicals)
  • 1 cup strawberries (chopped finely)
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (or toppings of choice)

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl add in plain Greek yogurt.
  2. Add in honey, water, Spirulina, and  mix well.
  3. Rinse and chop the strawberries.
  4. Add in chopped strawberries to the yogurt and mix. Finally top off with pumpkin seeds. Enjoy cold.
