Prep
- Peel and cut the banana into slices. Freeze it for an hour. Additionally, If you are using fresh strawberries, rinse, chop and freeze them for an hour. I used frozen strawberries.
- Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender. Finally, blend the frozen banana, strawberries, fresh ginger, and milk of choice until smooth. Furthermore, If you’d like a thinner smoothie bowl, add in a bit more milk of choice.
- After blending the smoothie, transfer the smoothie in 2 small bowls and top them with toppings of your choice like Chia seeds, fresh strawberries, crunchy walnuts, unsweetened coconut flakes or whatever you like.
