Banana: I love to incorporate a ripe banana in a smoothie. Bananas add the sweetness to the smoothie bowl. Chop and freeze the banana for an hour.

Strawberries – Strawberries are high in antioxidants. I’ve used frozen strawberries. Because frozen strawberry is generally picked at peak ripeness. And is frozen quickly after harvesting, it is believed to have high nutrient levels. You can use fresh strawberries too. However rinse, chop and freeze them for an hour.

Ginger – I used 1/2 an inch of fresh ginger.
