Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

This make ahead peanut butter overnight oats recipe is easy to make, nutritious, and delicious! It is so creamy that it almost tastes like dessert! Imagine having dessert for breakfast……but a healthy one!
It makes me so happy to make this for my kids! They love it and always ask for seconds.
This recipe literally takes 5 minutes to put together and is a rich source of fiber and protein.
So how do we make these overnight oats?
Just mix the ingredients and refrigerate them overnight..just like the name suggests!
 And what are the ingredients you may ask?
Almond milk, peanut butter, plain greek yogurt, maple syrup, and chia seeds. That’s all!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Whisk together the greek yogurt, peanut butter, and the almond milk in an air tight container that you wish to store the oats in. Give it a good stir.
  • Then add the oats, maple syrup, and chia seeds. Mix well. Store the container in a refrigerator overnight. 
  • Enjoy the oatmeal cold in the morning!
