Ingredients needed to make Macadamia Mango Overnight Oats – Mango Oatmeal
Rolled oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, unsweetened Macadamia milk (I used Lechia, available on amazon), cinnamon, maple syrup, and fresh mango.
Also, old fashioned oats are best for this recipe. Quick-Cooking Oats don’t get as creamy or absorb as much of the liquid and steel-cut oats don’t fully soften.
Method –
Place the milk, rolled oats, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, chia seeds, cinnamon in a small jar or bowl and mix well to incorporate. Further, top off with chopped mango. Place the lid on the jar and place in the refrigerator for 5 to 8 hours.

Macadamia Mango Overnight Oats – Mango Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Macadamia Milk, Unsweetened (I used Lechia brand)
- 1/3 cup Rolled Oats (I used Quaker oats)
- 3 tbsp Greek Yogurt , plain
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- 2 tsp Chia Seeds
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 1/3 cup mangoes, sweet (diced)
Instructions
- Dice the mangoes finely.
- Place the milk, rolled oats, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, chia seeds, cinnamon in a small jar and mix well to incorporate.
- Further, top off with chopped mango. Place the lid on the jar and place in the refrigerator for 5 to 8 hours. Enjoy cold.
