I have an insane schedule and don’t have time to make breakfast from scratch every day. So overnight oats always come to the rescue.
What ingredients do I need to make Instant Coffee Overnight Oats – Easy Oats Recipe?
Liquids: I used 2% reduced fat milk. Feel free to use milk of choice.
Sweetener: Brown sugar is my sweetener of choice when making coffee oatmeal. For some other oats I use maple syrup.
Additionally, you will need instant coffee, and old-fashioned oats/rolled oats. I wouldn’t recommend steel cut oats as steel cut oats don’t work for overnight oats. Chia seeds help thicken the dish and provides a perfect texture. Also, some cocoa nibs to top off.
