Garden of Flavor Juices

I am so excited to report on Garden of Flavor Juices. One of the perks of being a blogger is that I get products to review. This week in the mail I got a box of Garden of Flavor Juices. I was in love! Their juices are organic, clean and contain probiotics (great for gut health), something I have been doing extensive research on. And, I couldn’t wait to give these a try. I first tried Turmeric Tonic.

Garden of Flavor Juices – Turmeric Tonic 

Main Ingredients: Organic Lemon, Organic Blue Agave, Organic Turmeric Root, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Mint, and Organic Cayenne Pepper.

I loved the ginger and turmeric zing, and I felt like it pepped me up when I had it. In-fact, this was the very first juice I tried from Garden of Flavor. Its very refreshing, and has a subtle kick of heat. As per Healthline both turmeric and ginger are the most extensively studied ingredients in herbal medicine. Moreover, both these have been studied for their ability to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, support immune function, and decrease nausea. And it also contains probiotics that are great for gut health. This is definitely one of my go-to juices. Next one was Appleade.

Appleade –

Main Ingredients: Organic Apple, Organic Ginger Root, and Organic Lemon

This juice is made from the sweetness of apples and all the spice from ginger. It tastes great and is not overbearing. Nothing overpowers the other. Moreover, It’s all perfectly blended in to create this amazing juice. I think this can be an excellent addition to one’s daily routine.

White Knight –

My kids tried this and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. It’s main ingredients are organic cashew nuts, organic agave nectar, organic agave bean, and organic cinnamon. The taste and the texture are amazing. Doesn’t feel heavy in the belly. I’m going to start picking this up regularly for my kids.
