Steps:
Day 1:
First, place your matki moth beans into a bowl. Next, pick out the bad moth beans.
Further, rinse the matki moth beans well. Then, cover the beans with water, cover the bowl with a lid let them soak overnight.
Day 2:
Next, on day 2, drain out the water in a colander. Again, rinse the beans with clean water.
Furthermore, cover the rinsed beans with a lid and place them in an oven. What’s more? You don’t need to turn the oven or even the light on. I like to place them in the dark in order to prevent them from getting bitter. Keep them in the oven overnight.
Day 3:
You will see that your sprouts will have grown considerably when you check them in the morning. You can harvest them now, or keep them for another day. Rinse them before use.
Store them in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
