How do I make Capsicum Corn Cheese Toast: Air Fryer Spicy Corn Toast?
First in a small bowl add in softened butter. Second add in garlic powder. Third add in finely chopped serrano peppers. Further, mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and serrano peppers well.
Further, aggressively butter one side of each slice of bread with your softened butter and pepper mix.
Furthermore, construct your toast by dividing the corn evenly on all the 4 bread slices, then add in bell pepper and split it evenly among all 4 slices.

Next add in shredded mozzarella cheese first on all the slices and then topping the slices with shredded cheddar cheese.
Further top all the slices with crushed pepper. You can add more cheese if you desire. I have not made it very cheesy.

Additionally, place the bread slices in the Air Fryer basket and make sure they are separated out. If you don’t separate them out the cheese will melt and stick to each other. If your basket is small you can make 2 toasts at a time and repeat the batch.
Next close the basket and set the time and temperature on the air fryer at 330°F for 5 minutes.
Once done, remove from toasts from the air fryer. The cheeses should be melted and slightly brown and the toast should be crisp and golden brown.
Finally. place them on a plate, cut in half and experience the magic of deliciousness.

- 4 slices of bread, large (I use white)
- 4 tbsp softened butter, unsalted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 serrano peppers, small (1 tbsp chopped) (hari mirch)
- 3/4 cup corn kernels (boiled)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp crushed red pepper (chile flakes)

- Boil the corn kernels for 5 minutes in 1 cup water. Discard the water once the kernels are boiled. Set aside.
- Rinse and finely chop the bell peppers/capsicum.
- Rinse and chop the serrano peppers finely.

Notes
- I have used large bread slices. If you use regular bread slices then you can probably make 6 toasts.
- In terms of spice levels, this dish is 3.5 on a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being low and 5 being high. You can reduce or increase the serrano peppers as per your choice.
- You can reduce or increase the amount of cheese as per your preference.
