How do I make this Paneer Ghee Roast – Stir Fry Easy Quick Paneer recipe?
First chop the paneer to 2 to 3 inch cubes. Second, is a large sized bowl make the marinade. Third, add in the Kashmiri chili powder, ground cumin, ground turmeric, garam masala, Kasuri methi, amchur powder, and salt. Further mix well. Next add in the paneer and let it sit in the spice mix for 5 to 10 minutes.
First, when you are ready to cook in a medium pan, add in ghee. Second, swirl to coat. Third, add the marinated paneer, one piece at a time, in a single layer and cook, occasionally swirling the pan gently, until crisp and dark golden brown on the first side, 3 to 4 minutes. Further turn and change sides and let it cook for another minute or 2 repeat on all sides until the paneer is golden. Finally transfer in a serving plate.

Ingredients
- 340 grams paneer (Haldiram or any other brand)
- 2 tsp kashmiri chili powder
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin (jeera powder)
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric (haldi)
- 3/4 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
- 1/2 tsp mango powder (amchur/amchoor powder)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ghee (clarified butter)
Instructions
- Chop the paneer to 2-to-3-inch cubes. In a large sized bowl make the marinade.
