This energy-boosting nutrient packed Easy Mint Green Tea – Mint Green Chai is just what you need to kick-start your day. Moreover,  since we’ve been staying in at home since COVID, for me making a cup of mint tea is very comforting.

Ingredients needed to make Easy Mint Green Tea – Mint Green Chai

1/3 tsp Green tea leaves
1 bunch mint leaves bunch (1 cup)
4 cups boiling water

Benefits of mint leaves used in Easy Mint Green Tea – Mint Green Chai –

Mint in rich in several nutrients, helps relieve indigestion, may mask bad breath and several others. Here is a link that highlights the benefits of mint tea.

Method –


First, add mint leaves bunch in a kettle. Second, add the green tea leaves either in the kettle strainer or directly in the kettle. Further, add boiling water in the kettle with tea leaves and mint and let it sit for 3 to 4 minutes. Furthermore, strain the mint tea and pour in a cup. Finally, add in sugar as and if needed in the cup.
