Summer is all about ease in the kitchen, and nothing could be more uncomplicated than berries and cream. This Greek Yogurt Whipped Cream – Fruit Cream Dessert takes heavy whipping cream to an advanced level!
This recipe is a perfect 4th of July dessert or a party dessert!

What ingredients do I need to make this recipe?
Plain Greek yogurt. Either low fat or regular both works just fine! You can use any brand. Fage works great. I used Greek God’s Greek yogurt.
Sugar: Plain white sugar.
Vanilla extract.
Fresh strawberries and blueberries. The strawberries need to be chopped to match the size of the blueberry.
Heavy whipping cream
Can I use Cool Whip?
Absolutely not. It messes up the taste. This recipe needs to be made with heavy whipping cream only.
How do I make this Greek Yogurt Whipped Cream – Fruit Cream Dessert?
First, pour the heavy whipping cream into a bowl and beat it with a whisk or an electric beater until stiff peaks form.
Next, in a separate bowl, whisk or beat Greek yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract until the ingredients are well blended.
Further, spoon the whipped cream on the top of the Greek yogurt mix. Then, mix it well until all the ingredients are one consistency.
Furthermore, add 5 cups of strawberries and blueberries in the cream.
Finally, either divide the cream and fruit in 16 glasses and top them with the remaining fruit or leave it in the bowl and garnish the remaining 1 cup fruit on the cream. I used individual small 5.5 fl oz cups with lids to take them for a party.
How long will this keep in the refrigerator?
This wont stay perfect and fluffy for long—it will start to deflate. Try and consume it within 6 hours of making it.

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2.5 cups greek yogurt
- 1.5 cups white sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 cups berries (strawberries and blueberries in equal quantities)
Instructions
- Dice the strawberries to match the size of the blueberries.
- Pour the heavy whipping cream into a bowl and beat it with a whisk or an electric beater until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, whisk or beat the Greek yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract until the ingredients are well blended.
- Spoon the whipped cream on the top of the Greek yogurt mix. Mix it well until all the ingredients are one consistency.
- Add 5 cups of chopped strawberries and blueberries in the cream and mix it well. The other 1 cup will be used for garnish.
- You can either divide the cream and fruit in 16 glasses/ cups and top them with the remaining fruit or leave it in the bowl and garnish the remaining 1 cup fruit on the cream.
