- 3 cloves garlic, minced (1 tsp)
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced (3 cups to 3 and ¼ cups)
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt or as needed
- Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
How do I make this recipe?
Prep: First, rinse and pat dry the mushrooms. Second, place your mushrooms with the stem side down on the cutting board and slice across the mushroom to about and inch thickness. Further, rinse and slice the green onions to about an inch thick pieces.
