What ingredients do I need for the Banana Blueberry Bread – Air Fryer Easy Bread?
All-purpose flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, plain yogurt, eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, ripe bananas, and fresh blueberries.
Bananas: The bananas need to be overripe. If the bananas are not overripe the bread won’t be sweet. Ripe bananas have natural sugars and make the bread sweet. However, if you don’t have overripe bananas you can easily ripen them. Just place them in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
How do I make this recipe?
First, in a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Set the mixture aside.
Second, whisk together yogurt, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mashed bananas to combine.
Meanwhile, Preheat oven at 310 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
Gently fold the banana mixture into the dry mixture and stir with a spatula until just combined. Additionally, make sure no dry flour is visible. Do not overmix.
Fold in the blueberries into the batter until just combined but evenly distributed.
Prepare the pan with greasing the base and the sides with oil using a brush.
Next, fill the prepared pan evenly with batter.
Once the Air Fryer is preheated, place your cake pan in the air fryer basket.
Next close the air fryer and set the time and temperature at 310°F for 40 to 45 minutes. Moreover, turn the pan halfway through the air frying process so that it gets evenly cooked. Finally, to check for doneness, insert a toothpick into the center and make sure it comes out clean. Lastly, let cool completely, before turning the bread into a plate. You can use a knife on the sides to loosen the bread.
