This Veg Pizza Toast – Air Fryer Corn Pizza Toast is whipped up with a few ingredients and topped with mozzarella cheese, this toast will disappear in seconds! The ideal snack!
How do I make Veg Pizza Toast – Air Fryer Corn Pizza Toast?
Prep:
Firstly boil the corn kernels for 5 minutes in 1 cup water. Discard the water once the kernels are boiled. Set aside.
Secondly, rinse and finely chop the bell peppers/capsicum.
Layer the Bread:
Further, aggressively spread marinara sauce on one side of each slice of bread. Furthermore, construct your toast by dividing the corn evenly on all the 4 bread slices, then add in bell pepper and split it evenly among all 4 slices.

Next add in shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on all the 4 slices.

Further top all the slices with crushed pepper. This is optional.
Cook:
Additionally, place the bread slices in the Air Fryer basket and make sure they are separated out. If you don’t separate them out the cheese will melt and stick to each other. If your basket is small you can make 2 toasts at a time and repeat the batch.
Next close the basket and set the time and temperature on the air fryer at 330°F for 5 minutes. Every air fryer is different so if your bread isn’t very crisp after the 5 minute mark you can increase the time by an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
Finally, once done, remove from toasts from the air fryer. The cheeses should be melted and slightly brown and the toast should be crisp and golden brown.
Place them on a plate, and experience the magic of deliciousness. Eat them right away or else they will get soggy.
