Ingredients needed for Creamy Mushrooms on Toast – Easy Creamy Mushrooms –
White button mushroom’s, Parmesan cheese, heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, crushed red pepper, unsalted butter, garlic cloves, and oil. And bagels.
METHOD for Creamy Mushrooms on Toast – Easy Creamy Mushrooms
First, quickly rinse the mushrooms and dry them with a paper towel. I like to remove the bottom of the stem which is frequently dirty and sometimes a bit woody. Second, chop the mushrooms into 2 to 4 pieces depending on the size.
Third, when you are ready to cook, in a heavy bottom skillet add in oil and unsalted butter. Further, add in the garlic and stir. Furthermore, add in the mushrooms and let them sauté for 4 to 5 minutes. Further add in the heavy whipping cream, and cream cheese. Next, stir well and let it come to a boil. Furthermore, top off with parmesan cheese and crushed pepper. Finally, stir until the cheese melts and the liquid evaporates.
Bagel – Further, slice and toast the bagels/ toast of choice and top off with the mushrooms.

Equipment
- 1 toaster
- 1 Deep pan
Ingredients
- 8 oz white mushrooms (2 and 3/4 cup chopped)
- 2 tbsp butter (unsalted)
- 1 tsp oil of choice
- 5 garlic cloves (1 tsp minced)
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded parmasean cheese
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper (optional) (chilli flakes)
- 3 bagels
Instructions

- Add in the heavy whipping cream, and cream cheese. Further, stir well and let it come to a boil. Furthermore, top off with parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper. Finally, stir until the cheese melts. Reduce the cream by saueting.
- Cut the whole bagels, toast them in a toaster and top off with mushrooms.
