Lahori Chicken Tikka – Air Fryer Chicken Tikka Lahori is a wonderful appetizer. Made quickly in an air fryer, it is perfectly juicy and tender.

Up until I bought my air fryer I used to grill or bake chicken tikka in my oven. Since trying it in my air fryer I’m not sure I’ll ever make it any other way. Chicken cooked in the air fryer is tender, flavorful, and juicy. Perfection!
How do I make Lahori Chicken Tikka – Air Fryer Chicken Tikka Lahori?
Firstly, dice the chicken (boneless breast or thighs) to 2-inch cubes.
Secondly grind the serrano peppers finely to make a paste. You can add a teaspoon of water to grind in a spice grinder.
Further, using a whisk or a spoon mix all the marinade ingredients with 2 tbsp oil well in a mixing bowl.
Furthermore, add in the chicken and mix well.
When you are ready to cook, grease your air fryer basket with oil. I grease mine by rubbing, brushing, or spraying, a little bit of oil on the bottom grate. Then, follow your Air Fryer directions for preheating to 350°F for 5 minutes. When it’s preheated, working in batches, place the chicken in a single layer.

Air fry for 18 minutes, at 360°F. When 8 minutes are remaining, flip the chicken gently with tongs and drizzle some oil. Complete the air frying process.
