Easy to make Fruit Ice Cubes – Ice Cubes with Fruit and Herbs. These fun ice cubes can be added to water or bubbly/sparkling wine cocktails. Even though, these cool looking ice cubes aren’t anything fancy, but my kids just love them. They are perfect for a hot summer day. Also, a great way to give your family a colorful, fun way to cool off this summer!

What do I need for Fruit Ice Cubes – Ice Cubes with Fruit and Herbs?
I used fresh strawberries, mandarins and mint in these ice cubes, but you can use just about anything that you have on hand. For instance, lemons, cantaloupe, pineapple, watermelon, blueberry. Also, kiwi, basil, thyme, mint, sage, rosemary, pomegranate, cucumber. Moreover, the list goes on.
Additionally, you will also need water (sparking or plain) and an ice cube tray.
How do I make this recipe?
First, wash the strawberries, oranges, mint or whatever you are using. Second chop them finely. Third, prepare your water. Make sure to use bottled or filtered water. Further, fill one ice cube with a single fruit, for instance strawberry. Furthermore, fill another ice cube with another fruit for instance orange. Continue to fill the ice cray cube with a Strawberry or mint or whatever you prefer, basically your choice.

Ingredients
- Fresh diced fruit (strawberries, bluberries, oranges, basically your choice)
- Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, sage, bsically your choice)
- Ice cube mold or tray
- Filtered or bottled water or sparking water
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries, oranges, mint or whatever you are using. Chop them finely.
- Prepare your water. Make sure to use bottled or filtered water. Further, fill one ice cube with a single fruit, for instance strawberry.
- Furthermore, fill another ice cube with another fruit for instance orange. Continue to fill the ice cray cube with a Strawberry or mint or whatever you prefer, basically your choice.
- Let it freeze for 6 hours or overnight until firm. Enjoy.
