Ingredients used in this recipe?
Rooh Afaza, sugar, Greek Yogurt, milk and a few ice cubes.
Typically this drink is made with regular yogurt and milk. However, I have used Greek yogurt for thickness and some additional protein. You can use either.
Further to make this recipe, place all the ingredients (Rooh Afaza, sugar, Greek Yogurt, milk and a few ice cubes), in a high powered blender. The more ice you add, the more diluted the flavor will be, so I think 2 to 3 cubes is plenty. Further blend it until smooth.

Equipment
- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Rooh Afza
- 3 tbsp sugar (or as needed)
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (whole or reduced fat)
- 2 to 3 ice cubes
To top off
- a few dried rose petals to top off
- a few unsalted pistachios to top off
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients (Rooh Afaza, sugar, Greek Yogurt, milk and ice cubes), in a high powered blender. Further blend it until smooth.
